Hello there! Are you looking to place and order for our standard bakes with us or have placed an order but you are not sure how you should go around it? Dont worry, here's a run down of what you can do to ensure that your order will be confirmed for your pup's special day!

01) Required Images & Details

Upon placing an order, do drop us a text via WhatsApp along with the following details:
- Order Number (Received via E-mail or SMS)
- Name of Your Dog (Only if requested for in product listing)
- Age of Your Dog (Only if requested for in product listing)

- Clear Photos of Your Dog (Only if requested for in product listing)
- Clear Photos of Object(s) (Only if requested for in product listing)

Important: Our cake artist(s) require clear photos of your dog and/or object you'd like to have customised for your order. Under any circumstances where the colour of the customised potato figurine is of a different tone due to the photo provided, we will not be liable for the lack of misinformation. If you require retouching or re-sculpting, extra costs will be incurred based on the amount of work required. This is also subjected to the availability of our cake artist(s)Refer to 3rd Image.

02) Confirmation Fineprint
We would like to gently remind all our customers who have placed an order/are looking to place an order with us to have a read of the fine print of the product you are looking to get located at the bottom of the listing. All baked goods are for self-collection at our store located at 86 Jalan Senang only.

We seek your kind understanding that we have multiple orders coming in every day through our online store and as a small business, we are not able to send chasers to customers one by one to request for the information required as they vary based on the product you have ordered.

All orders are only deemed as confirmed upon final verbal or text confirmation via WhatsApp from our team. If you did not send any of the required details to us and/or receive any confirmation along with the collection guide, your order is not confirmed.
